Section I: Cancellation Policy (Cancellation & Amendment Terms)
Thank you for using the services provided by Atlas Trading & Property (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company"). The following cancellation charges apply depending on the type of service. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact our staff as early as possible.
1. Golf Coupons
After the reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges will apply depending on the timing of cancellation:
- From reservation confirmation up to 3 days before the play date: A handling fee of THB 300 per person will be charged.
- Cancellation made 2 days before the play date or later: 100% of the total fee will be charged.
Note: Some golf courses may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to the Club Thailand website and the details page of each course.
2. Club Thailand Card Privilege Courses
- Cancellation charges may apply according to the regulations of each golf course.
- Please contact us in advance if you wish to cancel.
- Any cancellation charges incurred will be billed afterward.
3. Transportation Services
After the reservation has been confirmed, the following fees or cancellation charges will apply depending on the timing of amendment or cancellation:
- Reservation changes after confirmation: A modification fee of THB 500 will be charged.
- Cancellation from 7 days to 4 days before the service date: A handling charge of THB 500 per reserved day will be charged.
- Cancellation made 3 days before the service date or later: 100% of the total fee will be charged.
4. Fast Track Service
After the reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges will apply depending on the timing of cancellation:
- From reservation confirmation up to 4 days before the service date: A cancellation handling fee of THB 300 per person will be charged.
- Cancellation made 3 days before the service date or later: 100% of the total fee will be charged.
